Pediatric Dentistry

IV Sedation for Children - Dr. Devany, Pediatric Anesthesiologist, provides IV sedation for children as young as 1 year old who need significant dentistry. She and our Pediatric Dentists have offered this in-office IVE sedation service to families since 1999, allowing parents around the expense and added drama that hospital sedation creates.

Hospital Sedation for Children - Occasionally, a family prefers to have significant dentistry completed in a hospital setting due to a child's chronic health problems or to coordinate multiple medical procedures into one appointment. Dr. DJ sees these children at Dayton Children's Hospital.

85% of our kids are decay free - with our focus on teaching families how to avoid decay with nutrition coaching, brushing & flossing techniques and fluoride recommendations.

Available for small group talks - Dr. DJ is committed to helping improve dental health in our community. She and her staff give presentations at local school, pediatrician offices, mom's groups and health fairs. Dr. Smith provides presentations for adult groups.
