Most Satisfying Case: A mother with several children came to us. She had been bringing her children to us for several years, but something always came up that kept her from being seen. Finally, she came in. She was embarrassed by the neglect of her teeth and her "ugly" smile. I was able to smooth out the finances and with our extended hours, help her to manage her children and her dental appointments. her new smile when we were finished was a treat for all of us.
My Special Story: I decided during my freshman year in college that I wanted a career in business management that would make a difference for people. My first two jobs were to help organizations improve our environment. When I married and moved to Tipp City, I realized how important personalized quality health care was in our community. I returned to the University of Dayton to complete my masters degree in business administration while working at HealthPark. Now, after 10+ years with the practice, I love making a difference every day - from helping a small business owner make the best choice about a dental benefits plan, to helping patients understand their treatment plans to supporting our staff development.
